Custom Shot End

		Die Cast Press Zinc and Aluminum Shot Ends are easily installed by our personnel or yours and are retrofitted to your existing machine for better performance, faster response times and new technology. With integrated cartridge valving and direct-coupled piston accumulator, it is nitrogen gas driven from an additional bottle. Our shot ends include a 4:1 multiplier that is driven by an independent piston accumulator and is direct coupled to the end of the multiplier cylinder, with auto accumulator unloading. These shotends have super response time, excellent transitions in all phases from 6"-250" per second with consistence and repeatability. We offer diagonal ramping capabilities through acceleration speed changes (higher velocity is available for magnesium) and unsurpassed consistence in low impact phase.
