Shot End Features

“DCP” Shot Ends are the world’s most reliable shot ends. They are superior in performance, repeatability and consistency, with variable controlled velocities. They have super response times, excellent transitions in all phases from 6–450 inches per second with consistency and repeatability. We offer diagonal ramping capabilities through acceleration speed changes (higher velocity is available for magnesium) and unsurpassed consistence in low impact phase.

Upgrade your existing machine with a New DCP shot End: Retrofits available for 100 through 3,000 ton machines – Hot or cold chamber shot ends. Intensifier pressure control available on all new DCP shot ends. Die Cast Press Hot and Cold chamber Shot Ends are easily installed by our personnel or yours and are retrofitted to your existing machine for better performance, faster response times and new technology.
